Who Is Eligible for a VGDS Voucher?

To qualify for public dental care and receive a VGDS voucher in Victoria, you must reside in Victoria and hold one of the following valid concession cards:

1. Pensioner Concession Card issued by Centrelink or the Department of Veterans Affairs.
