How to Use Your DVA

Book an Appointment

Call our clinic and inform our staff that you are a DVA Gold or White Card holder.

Bring Your Card

Present your valid DVA physical or digital card upon arrival at the clinic.

Receive Treatment

We will provide your care and bill DVA directly with no out-of-pocket costs to you for covered services.

Direct Billing

We submit all claims directly to the Department of Veterans' Affairs on your behalf. There is zero paperwork for you to manage.

Common Questions

Do I need to pay upfront for DVA services?
No. If you hold a Gold Card, or a White Card with approved dental conditions, we bill DVA directly for all eligible services. There are no out-of-pocket costs for approved treatments.
Are new dentures covered by DVA?
Yes, DVA covers the cost of new full and partial dentures, as well as repairs and relines, subject to DVA's clinical guidelines and frequency limits. Our team will assess your needs and confirm coverage before starting.
What is the difference between Gold and White DVA cards for dental?
Gold Card holders are generally entitled to all clinically necessary dental services. White Card holders are only entitled to dental treatment for specific accepted service-related conditions.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
Generally, no referral is required for standard dental or denture services if you are a Gold Card holder. Simply contact us to book an appointment.
