The Victorian Denture Scheme (VDS) is a government-funded program designed to provide eligible Victorians with access to high-quality, fully funded denture services. Eligibility: Can I Access the VDS?
To qualify for subsidized dentures under the VDS, you must be a Victorian resident aged 18 or over and hold one of the following valid cards:
Pensioner Concession Card
Eligible for VDS coverage with full government subsidy.
Health Care Card
Provides access to VDS benefits and government support.
Commonwealth Seniors Card
Seniors may qualify for VDS benefits. Verify eligibility with us.
Priority Access: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, refugees, asylum seekers, and children in out-of-home care receive priority access and may skip the general waiting list.

How the VDS Voucher Process Works
Assessment & Eligibility Check
Call us on (03) 9306 5432. We verify your concession card and confirm your eligibility for the VDS. Visit a DPV Health clinic for a "Course of Care" exam to ensure your gums are healthy for dentures.
Voucher Issuance
If approved, you receive a VDS Voucher valid for 3 months. We handle all the paperwork and government submissions on your behalf — you don't need to do anything.
Denture Fitting & Follow-up
Bring your voucher to Oak Park Dental & Denture Clinic or any participating private dentist. We craft your custom dentures and provide adjustments at no extra cost for the first 12 months.
You Pay NOTHING
If you are confirmed eligible for the VDS, your standard denture services are 100% covered. There are absolutely no hidden fees or out-of-pocket costs.
